French/British Lydik Grynfeltt lives in London where he set-up his International HR consultancy in 2017 but was born in France. Lydik attended the Cass Business School and was awarded an MBA, a Masters degree in Employment Law and HR Management from the Montpellier University.

He spent some time in Legal, Retail, Consulting, Gas, Oil, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance and also Tourism. He acquired a lot of experience living in the UK, but also in France (where he grew up), EMEA, North-America and North-Africa. He combines strong academic records with several years in business (Human Resources, Legal, Consultancy, Strategy, Business Development and eCommerce Project Management) and foreign language skills (English, French and Spanish).

Lydik is an HR (Human Resources) generalist with expertise covering international team management, HR Business Partnering, talent management, HR projects and shared services implementation. His consultancy also gives access to substantial HR experience from in-field to ExCom level, with technical European employment law expertise to deliver pragmatic solutions combined with business insight and long-term strategic thinking​.
